Antitrust and the Rule of Law: Past, Present, and Future

From Consumer Welfare to Big Tech Excesses to Biden’s Neo-Brandeisians

This event will feature discussions with experts on key issues in antitrust law, now one of the hottest topics in Washington. The panels focus on the past, present, and future of antitrust law and enforcement. Dramatic moves underway in regulatory agencies could reduce fairness and due process, inject ideological factors, and weaken the rule of law.  Meanwhile,  in the most active antitrust legislative session in years, Congress is considering multiple proposals, all with a wide range of implications. Expert panelists will discuss the details of these proposals, as well as the arguments at the core of the antitrust debate.

Further details, including speaker announcements, will be posted on our website and circulated by email.
